Yep, if you are bald you just have to accept it and shave your head. I'm 34 now and started losing my hair in my early 20's. It sucks but there is really nothing you can do about it. I'd be lying if I said it didn't affect my confidence with women but I still manage/managed to get laid, although I'm sure it would have been easier with a full head of hair.

I'm still waiting for modern medical science to find a cure, screw AIDS and cancer, we bald men need our hair back!
