McGregor's best attribute in mma is his boxing.

Put a monster like ggg in there, and with 4oz gloves, yeah, I'd take a bet on that.

McGregor's best attribute would suddenly become his weakest. McGregor would still be favourite of course, but I would back an elite boxer against McGregor in MMA over him ever winning a professional boxing match against an elite boxer.

    No Conor wanst f'n "khtfo".

Floyd landed like 50 punches in a row on a dead tired opponent and still couldn't knock him down actually.

God, I hope he doesn't get greedy. Floyd is shot to pieces. Dude would lose badly to a number of guys now. Just lay back and enjoy your life.

My prediction was that the boxing world would underestimate McGreggor, but that Mayweather would stop him.
    That's exactly happened.

    Next up, GGG KO Alvarez

GGG wouldn't even get close. McGregor would deploy leg kicks like he did against Diaz in the 2nd fight. And he would take GGG down to the ground with ease. McGregor is 100x better than any boxer on the ground. Fish out of water.

The only fight that makes sense for him is a rematch with Mystic Mac in the Octagon.

It's remarkable reading what the Floyd haters think they saw through their filters of disdain. I don't like Floyd, think he's an insecure materialistic wanker but he controlled that fight from start to finish. Even the 2-3 rounds that he lost were conceded with little malaise to suss Conor out and let him gas.

Conor should fight Amir Khan at Wembley. Boxing, kickboxing, MMA, whatever.

You can't ignore genetic advantages. A novice amateur who's a top athlete can give a pro problems simply down to his raw skills and awkwardness.

Conor is a pro fighter regardless. Conor is a weight bully who cuts too much weight which wrecks his stamina. He's a super middle light heavy masquerading as a 155lb fighter.

Floyd looked like a kid in there.

If anything Conor's ''power'' has been confirmed as a myth and he simply knocks out glass jawed yokels in his pseudo-sport. All the guys Conor has knocked out have been much smaller than him.

The guys been manufactured and helped all the way by Dana White. Nate Diaz exposed him.

You don't think Floyd wanted to feel his power? It was a weird fight and he wanted to feel Conor's power to see if its all that and then ''downloaded his data''. Conor's movement is good because he's a mixed martial artist and he was physically much bigger than Floyd.

Conor could beat a few domestic guys and some overrated boxers with padded records if he got his stamina on point and refined his craft more. It would take awhile but if he wanted to why not? I don't think that's a bad thing or a black eye on boxing. He's a pro fighter not some scrub who just jumped off his sofa.

What does that have to do with anything? That Floyd's so featherfisted that he made it look like a Rocky movie? Oh ok, you are right.

The stance is totally different and was alien to him so that's why his power didn't transfer from the cage, he couldn't load a punch up and hit Floyd.

And I don't mean after a training camp, I mean if they pulled Tureano out of his hospital bed tomorrow and put him in the ring with Connor on Monday morning.

I would literally take Tureano by KO.

Did I just see Mayweather, elite boxer, wait for a McGregor to gas before trying to knock him out because outboxing him at a range wasn't working, and even then fail to put McGregor down and needed the ref to stop it because he couln't to do it himself?

In any case I knew McGregor would give mayweather problems but I overestimated his power and his gas tank. I actually underestimated his reflexes and craftiness.

stoppage was fine though, McGregor had nothing left. He would have taken a ton of shots before Mayweather would put him down legimidimately, IF he could. There was only a few minutes left on the clock.
