Seems like the Mayweather haters are the only ones that are crying. lol There is no pleasing some of you guys.

Im annoyed he made boxing look bad. People like you are busy finding excuses when it actually paints boxing in an even worse light to do so.

 

Yea I'm a U.S. citizen and if you tried to attack me that wouldn't go so well. Number 1, I'd probably use a weapon because that is real fighting. Number 2, I'd press charges and you would go to jail and of course if you had any money I'd sue and take that as well. And then your wife would leave your broke ass and come visit me at my house.

 

You look at boxing as though it's legit fighting. You look at Fencing as though it's not.
I look at boxing as though it's fencing, and I look at MMA as though it's legit fighting.
Doesn't mean I can't enjoy a good fencing match but damn, I am not interested in watching a single B grader anymore. I could be spending that time somewhere else.

 

Conor has zero power in boxing! McBum runs out of steam exactly the same way he did last night and Paulie gets the TKO!

You would think all those uneducated PPV mugs would wake up at last after that farce but no doubt they will be back to be fleeced again and again.

 

I think that's a bit of a leap. There's a much greater need for pure strength in MMA than boxing due to all the grappling.

Fact is being good at MMA doesn't make you a good boxer, just like being a good boxer wouldn't make you good at MMA, they are both fighting sports but very different.

It was pretty obvious on the inside Mayweather was far superior. This wasn't due to him being stronger it was due to him being better technically on the inside. McGregor has no inside game and I wouldn't expect him to when in MMA punching on the inside is rarely seen as there are other methods used when at that range.

As for stamina, McGregor doesn't have great stamina even for an MMA fighter. Watch the rematch with Diaz, he dominated early, but then gassed and allowed Diaz back into the fight.

 

That's the way to do it! Prefer hitting guys where it hurts most though - their wallet and jail.

 

What excuse have I made? lol If MacGregor had won, it wouldn't have made boxing look bad to me. The fight was a sideshow, not to be taken seriously by any reasonable person.

Gannicus, I respect your boxing knowledge, but if you cannot tell what his gameplan which was obvious for even the casuals, you're either trolling or I might have to retract my first statement.

 

That fight was a fix. But on one side only. Conor, gotta give him credit for his effort, he went in there and tried his hardest. He just had no idea that he was an extra in a one man performance. He may still not realize it.

Floyd dictated every single thing that happened in that fight. He came out and let Conor have a little success. He gave the fans a "show". But to true boxing fans, people that followed Floyds career, it was painfully obvious.

If you doubt me, look at the straight right hand he lands on Conor's SHOULDER in round 1. He has the jump on him, and has the clean shot, but misses Conor's jaw by 8 inches?!

My biggest criticism is that he did it in the 10th and not the 9th. He must've bet on himself in the 10th. I put money on the 9th.
