Mayweather carried McGregor, they didn't "carry each other".
Carrying each other: That would be a better description of the Mayweather-Pacquiao fraud.

...and I haven't even seen this "fight".
I don't need to see it to know it was fake. Was obvious months ago.

What's not up for debate is your cluelessness lol. You seem like one of those gullible people who believes 'everything' they are told or see on tv. Akin to a child.

Floyd carried him it was obvious to see. McGregor can't punch and has no stamina.

When a 40 year old retiree who is approx 20 lbs lighter than you, walks you down the entire fight without really using offense, that should tell you that you are not a threat in any sense.

UFC is a company built on hyperbole and falsehoods that is entertaining on occasion. Just like modern society and entertainment when you think about it.

Stop getting all Teddy Atlas. They were close rounds, substance v punch output.

It would have been more honest as a 6 rounds undercard fight. With Conor getting prime experrience in a first fight. The rest is overhypem but people wanted it.

But it was not fake and it was fun to see Floyd being the one doing the chasing.

Joke fight. Mayweather duped a lot of people last night...carried him throughout. Was meaning to miss punches. Conor was open all night long. Had a go but he was actually worse than expected. Take my hat off to him tho...was basically the guy that got the phone call to make mayweather look like a hero and then gave it his best. Realistically tho he was so far out his depth...he never had a chance. Luckily for him.mayweather had his own agenda.

In the history of the world...that should go down as the easiest 100 million ever earned. Mayweathers job was too try make it look like he earned it and not a lot else.

Hopefully thats the last we see of mayweather in a boxing ring. Great fighter...but should never be regarded near the best for two reasons...one hes a spoiler. And two...hes never took the challenges. People can talk about different names etc...but for the skillset he had the truth is he avoided the challenges for that skillset...or waited till the challenge was nuetralised with age/weight/form etc. Become a leach ever since he beat de la hoya.

I dont think it was stopped too early at all. If anything I feel too late and I will say why... McGregor is not a boxer but is an MMA fighter. Yes in MMA they take punches, but not like in boxing. There is alot of grappling and more holding rather than just punches.
In a boxing match McGregor would have been taking far more punches than he is used to and I think potentially shortening his MMA career by taking punches that he wouldnt normally take.

This was a fighter who was 0-0-0 against who I think is possibly the greatest ever. No I dont think Floyd is still prime but he would still be very hard to beat for any pro boxer/champ around his weight class

Nice conspiracy theory for what happened during fightime you have there. And he became overcautius in his matchmaking after Castillo , not De la hoya

Honestly has anyone ever seen mayweathers accuracy as bad as that. I know hes 40 now. 2 year lay off. But come on. Mcgregor had no defence. Mayweathers the most accurate puncher in the history of compubox or something like that. Now hes struggling to land....on a guy with no defence. No footwork. No power. No speed. No technique. Plus he was gassed after 3 rounds. No disrespect to conor cause its a different ballgame boxing to ufc. But go back and watch the fight again. Mayweathers absolutely carried him the whole way through. He was actually aiming to miss.

The reason floyds just walking into conor is simple. Conors a novice. Mayweathers a coward...same old stuff with him. "I m walking him down to repay the fans for the pacman fight" the truth is he walked him down cause conor is a novice.

lol I don't know who you think you're talking to but you're being very rude, understand? Show me some respect, very very rude. Let it go, relax... Take it easy, I'm trying to relax over here.

I've already explained it all in depth to the other fanboys, and done a rather fantastic job of doing so if I say so myself, and I'm not going to go through it all again with every other butt-hurt Floyd fanboy who takes offence to my brilliant and superbly accurate breakdown of the fight. It's done. Serge has wrecked yet another thread with his magnificence. That's what he do. I've carpet bombed the entire thread with a hundreds of delicious and irrefutable fact bombs and the thread is to all intents and purposes dead and buried. It's ovah! Serge destroys.

    PS.

This is a photo of me put through a 3D builder on my PC of me flexing my bicep. I can assure you that muscle isn't just for show.

Edit: actually I prefer this pic, the angle of the other one makes me look a bit too chunky, bit like a dwarf or something when in fact one's muscles are longer and leaner.

I have to admit that as a boxing fan, I completely underestimated McGregor as a fighter. But in the first round, when he landed that left uppercut flush on Floyd's chin; it didn't have the desired effect. That's when I knew 100% that Money would win.

Mayweather, Roy Jones, the Klitschkos; the common criticism against them is that they fight with a safety first mentality. Floyd didn't box Conor, he fought him. I don't recall ever seeing Mayweather fight like a predator before this.

I think the range, speed along with age and ring rust made him miss and be it. He still went in there defensively and took his best shots and tired him out. He even went on the offensive for the first time since i can remember, it was the other guy that looked like a scared chciken. I hate Floyd, i think that for all of his talent he is one of the worst thing that ever happened to boxing. But i dont think he plays around in the ring, hes to aware of the risks,
