VADA only does the test. They can't force a guy to do them. They don't actually have authority.

You are a good poster but there is a huge hole in your knowledge regarding PED's and their politics, read selective enforcement.

 

I'm well aware of the usage or PEDs in sports. I'm even more aware of the paranoia on fans on message boards.

 

He knows nothing about PED's, fans like him are the reason for all of this weaponized testing and selective enforcement. The media keeps the people ignorant so factions that run athletics can essentially hide in plain sight.

To be fair, its not paranoia its more like you damn well know there will be special rules for GBP's ginger golden boy just like they had for the cleanest boxer in Vegas, Fluid, the IV money man. You don't have to be Lance Armstrong to know what IVs do for bleaching blood. If GBP can sneak into the contract clauses for TUE, IV use, and the MAJOR FACT that they did not have to follow WADA code... those GBP boys can do anything.

If we take all that fact into account, the theory presented in the OP is damn well plausible though my only beef is that its with the wrong entity. VADA is just a protocols agency, following WADA. They are not a police force nor can they do much of anything except facilitate the testing apparatus.
