Look at all the Floyd nut huggers making excuses why he was outboxed so easily.
As expected the excuses are flying :yaay

Floyd just had his $300,000,000 check wired to his account. Do you think he gives a
crap that some casuals and MMA fans think that he didn't GIVE those first 3 rounds to Conor
while he was scoping out his weaknesses?

    FFS...stop already.

i meant better athlete overall. floid has been boxing for years against the best and was forced to sacrifice rounds against a novice and needed ref to stop the fight bevause he coulnt do it himself. that looks bad, and only happened cuz conor aint your average athlete

mma is a broad sport and conor is stronger, faster reaction time, less injury prone, would probably beat floid in every sport except boxing...

i dont understand your disagreement do you not know the definition of an athlete?

I'm not sure how you get to this other than the age and size difference factor i see nuffin to suggest Connor is a better athletic.. Better MMA fighter but nothing else..

    That's just facts.

Mayweather carried him through but even doing so, Mayweather got lit up by many shots he wasn't meant to get hit by. If Mayweather didn't take that approach, he would've been a farce. McGregor comes from the scene of pure fighting and if Mayweather were to tap and run like a little *****, would've been embarrassing because THAT IS NOT FIGHTING, IT'S BEING A ***** and exploiting modern boxing criteria. NO MASTERY IN IT.
    Boxing is glorified fencing.

Do you think that Paulie could stop Conor in the late rounds when he gasses out?

he nearly took out TBE with no previous ring experience in round 9 but the ref saved floid. who else could do that? thats legendary.

floid would get his head chopped off in mma by conor

okokok i digress, we dont know...

There is no doubt that Connor easily won/out pointed Floyd in the first 3 rounds. I think everyone can agree on that ... except the judges. I said this before and I will say it again. Completely sad for Boxing, that 2 out of 3 judges gave rounds 2 and 3 to Mayweather. Why? To protect boxing's name? Being a boxing fan, just hurts to see that. At least Moretti got it right

I wasn't sure what to make of it and still not entirely sure. Couldn't tell if it was age, rust, or Connor being toyed with? Floyd barely threw, but he did have some noticeable misses and times where he got countered IMO. He didn't even try to get inside until about Round 4 or 5.

No. Paulie "Hands of Pasta" Malignaggi cannot KO anyone who was reasonable skills and is used to getting
    hit.

With regards to boxing vs mma...just listen to what McGregor said in the post fight press conference. You actually need a different body type because MMA guys need bigger upper bodies in order to do the take downs and such and boxers need stronger mid sections to handle the body punches. This is what McGregor said, not me, so he understands they are different sports.

boxers need to spar with hits to the body and chin more; no way can someone train their skull to take a big kick to the head. You can't defend a kick by practicing getting hit in the head, you practice by learning to AVOID a leg kick.
Which is why MMA guys get KO'd by soft touches to the chin, and why McGregor threw arm punches. Kicking and taking someone down to choke them is the MMA way, not body shots.

Nope, Floyd Joy Mayweather, Sinclair always has a plan. He is boxing's smartest fighter, ring iq unmatched by any other.

He went in with a gameplan and executed it to perfection. The man is the greatest.
