I remember my old Buddy Tex Cobb saying " I got KO'd by a 118 pound Mexican bantamweight. Four of his buddies were swinging him round by his heels " LOL Typical Tex
I think the answer is obvious, OP. If the weight divisions didn't exist, it wouldn't be boxing anymore, more like "King of the hill" type of farce where bigger guy wins.
Joshua is the king of boxing. Manlets needs weighclasses to claim they are king's i want modern day NBA with heightclasses. NFL should changed too. it's unfair to people like Thomas,Paul etc.. that they have to compete against these 6'9-7 foot giants.
it would not be a farce.it would be true boxing. Weightclasses were created so manlets could claim they are tough Roy Jones was former MW and ended at HW like Toney. Those dudes are tough. It's just a fact everybody who does not compete in HW are ducking real competition.
He's only mean in the sense that he is holding the WBC belt hostage so the actual good fighters can't get to it! Very mean of him...
