Floyd Mayweather vs Vernon Forrest, who takes it?

all these great fighters around the same weight all fought each other apart from mayweather and mayweather fans say all these greats ducked mayweather

Floyd purposefully ducked guys of Forrest size(until McGregor lol). Floyd would never even mention Margarito and P-Will so we have to assume that he knew those were terrible matchups for him.

 

I think this is one of those fights that screams upset. Its a fight that just about everyone picks FlIVd and wouldnt you know it, Vern pulls a rabbit out of his hat and wins the fight.

 

Floyd wouldn't of have beaten a prime Oscar, Winky, Mosley, or Forrest. Bigger, stronger, and just as fast as Floyd. Forrest in particular, had a nasty uppercut and brutal right hand for fighters that liked to fight on the inside like Mosley or Floyd. Floyd would have his moments, but Forrest would destroy him most likely stopping him.

 

Floyd would get the decision but all of this would've prevented him from doing it

 

Those two guys were absolutely horrible matchups for floyd and i thought both give him problems and Margo definitely beats him. He wouldve walked right through FlIVd and FlIVd knew it. He saw what happened to Martinez and Cotto.

How is Margarito terrible matchup? One of the biggest myths in boxing. I mean Floyd handspeed is light years ahead of Tony,also Floyd had one of the greatest legs in history of boxing. Tony would need to get inside and make it rough to have a chance,and i don't have any idea how he could catch greased lighting.

 

Margarito who had footwork of my grandmother?how you can catch greased lighting? What about handspeed? Tony would have 0chance against Floyd.

You need speed and footwork to compete with somebody like Floyd. If you are plodding zombie you have 0chance against Floyd

Why you compare Miguel and Sergio to Floyd? Completely different boxers.

 

of course but both highly skilled, great stamina and both got worn down by Margarito and kod even after dominating most of the fight. Margarito wouldve done the same to FlIVd and FlIVd knew it.
