Sounds great to me!

1: As long as we can work out the ELO used.

Cant just leave it to 1 person, somebody else must know how to do it.

2: Thank you.

3: Very happy.

4: My only worry is that people can change to SD or MD at the last minute and give their opponent no comeback or counter. I do however believe that the picks deserve high merit as they are big calls.

So does SD predicted and SD result mean instant KO unless opponent has MD ? and vice versa on SD to MD ?



5: Happy that KO/TKO carry same weight as points but maybe one more suggestion in the case of a draw how about most knockdowns wins ?

Fair call on KO/TKO against Decisions - I am happy - If you win via decision over 12 you have done just as well.

1 : good point. I actually wrote a script myself, but there are also numerous free ELO rating apps that could do the trick as well.

Besides, ELO is simple so future updates to each player's rating can easily be worked out by hand with a calculator - just two simple equations to type into the calculator per player so not that much work compared to setting up matches, recording picks, scoring rounds, etc. Would you be happy with this - I'll send you a pm with the details if so?

5 : yes, I'd be happy with that, although that sort of win probably should be weighted lower than a usual KO/TKO or decision.

 

Slight change to the fixtures. I have moved the 8 rounder for Viloria to the reserve list and added the reserve fight with Arroyo and Marquez into the actual list.
