Dangerous fight for wilder or any HW .kong has good skill and power but is slow and getting old. wilder can win if he uses his speed and fights a fast pace .fair play to wilder if the fight happens but I suspect it won't.

Highlight reel KO for Wilder. Ortiz gets laid out heavily

But then there is that one shot that almost put Josh out against Wlad. Wilder won't sluggishly and clumsily wait around for Josh to recover like Wlad did.

True! Few people at 38 fully realize that the frightening 50 is only 144 months away.

Wilder will run like Scott and win a decision, Ortiz is old and inactive, looked like **** against Malik.
Can't believe I'm picking Wilder

Weird how most of the comments say Wilder wins, but the poll is heavily in Ortiz's favour.

If only Ortiz was really only 38. He's more like 48months away from 50 in reality!! ;-)

How old is he really supposed to be and how did he manage to fake his age? After all, to become a USA citizen you must provide legitimate documentation.

    BTW
To me he doesn't look 38. On the other hand, Kovalev doesn't look his age either but much older. So it can be a matter of premature aging due to genetics. As you know, people age at different rates. I once met this fellow who claimed to be fifty-two and looked approx. 75.

Was he telling the truth? Who knows? Some people's hair turns grey at 40 others never experience grayness or do so only partially. Same applies to facial skin wrinkling. So Ortiz might or might not be the age he claims to be.

Here is some info on possible causes for premature aging

Ortiz is too old and slow for Wilder. I am not saying Wilder is too good either but Ortiz is a bit overrated IMO. Wilder will win by KO in later rounds after being behind on scorecards.

    Hedging bets, people are.

The poll being private allows for that!

It's evened up a bit now. It was 25-4 Ortiz when I voted for Wilder KO.
