Battering-ram head butting can be traumatic to the scalp as well. A miracle Ward hasn't noticeably gone bald from so many cranial impacts. Maybe the only side effect from so many thunderous thuds might be that constant sleepy, semi-concussed look in his eyes.

 

Add locker room and gym-membership fees, salary for the trainer, cut man, manager and promoter, medical expenses such as cat scans and x-rays to make sure everything's in order to the taxes and he's lucky to have money enough left over to afford a decent set of trunks for his next fight.
