I hope this is a joke because Loma has nothing to do with the Greeks. In fact it is more plausible that he has Bulgarian roots since many Bulgarians live in Ukraine. Second in size after Russian minority.

I am referring to Old Bulgarians who lived in Great Bulgaria (Caucasus mountains) and Bulgarians who have been living at The Balkans since 7th century AD.

As I said Bulgarian is the third spoken language in the region after Russian and Ukrainian.

The ancient Bulgarians were not Indo-European, let alone Slavic & they did dwell near Kuban & possibly have Adyghe substratum, but the primary culture/language of the original Bulgarians was Turkic, the Adyghe substratum is possible.

Modern Bulgarian is the main Slavic element in Southern Europe, don't forget the big Latin population that separates modern Bulgaria from Odessa (Romania/Wallachia/Moldavia).
