It isn't puzzling, the guy doesn't do roadwork, he prefers "sports" where you can sit down, like cycling... and MMA. They've got a word for that, it's called a bum.
It's the supposed extreme exhaustion in such a young man after so few rounds itself and not its predictability or unpredictability that I find very unusually strange. =
I noticed that Conor's face had changed dramatically from even his last fight. He has sagging and creases in his cheek area where it didn't exist before. Maybe the severity of the weight cut simply took a massive toll.
It depends what people believe. They are trying hard to about face by selling it as a huge moral victory now.......Connor laster 10 rds with the TBE!!!, While completely ignoring that Floyd is 40 was nowhere near the level he was when he was the #1p4p, a lot smaller, and still easily stopped his man.
If that is indeed the case, then he knew that he was going to gas out in the middle rounds and boasted about being able to fight the full twelve anyway in order to rake in the money.
That is a possibility unless he always gasses out towards the end in every fight in the MMA. In that case the condition should have been addressed. Also, why would a person who is expected to participate in an endurance contest refuse to run long distances? is it indeed laziness or was it that he hit an aerobic ceiling which made it agonizing. It happened to me. I participated in a long distance race without knowing I had asthma, my muscles became oxygen deprived pretty early on and the rest of the race was hell.
He absolutely knew, he boasted pre-fight that he could do 24 rounds if he had to, in was only post fight that he made the admission that he was gassing in sparring too. He has similar issues in the MMA, breathing heavily after about 8 minutes against Nate Diaz. The guy wasn't willing to put in the work, he thinks you can take shortcuts, that cycling will suffice, for me it shows the measure of the man, you can get away with that when you are a bottom feeder in the MMA, but not in boxing. It's another level.
Geesuz. If Floyd would have boxed this guy, Floyd would been called a runner. Instead he does something for the sport and goes out of his way to get a stoppage with 8oz gloves; now Conor is on his skill level? Floyd basically said F this MMA fighter, I'm going full Provodnikov on this dude. Floyd did to Conor what Pac was scared to do against Floyd. Floyd took shots to give shots.
McGregor rabbit punched a lot in that fight. The ref probably should have threatened to tkae a point away a long time ago. The only blows Mcgregor landed were rabbit punches.

Mcgrgeor-"the captured orangutan who OBEYED the rules of the circus and got filthy rich from it" Mma is just the superior combat sport, there's a reason why special forces and marines train in mma.. Mid tier mma fighters would easily finish a Championship boxer in one round, boxers only have a punchers chance which is completely destoryed after the first clinch. Try telling someone whos trying to attack and rob you, that "fighting on the ground is for women" Martial arts is the showcase for the REAL most dangerous men on the planet.
It's so superior, that you are spending the majority of your time posting garbage on a boxing forum Boxing fans don't waste time on mma forums, because there is nothing there. I can't even name more than 5 UFC fighters who are relevant and the general public actually care about. How many household names does your ''superior sport'' have right now?
If you would allow me to answer that... one... and that's only because he was riding on the coat tails of Floyd Mayweather.
Lol, so superior that its biggest figure in his prime was smashed to a pulp by a 40 years old retired blitter handed boxer. Wow...
