Way too much bs going on

Abie Han vs Love card. What the heck was that 7-1 card? Atrocious

The Benavidez cards were way too wide

How about Floyd winning 9-1 vs Connor? Only one judge gave Conor rounds 2,3. When I saw those cards I thought to myself, here comes the robbery on sept 16

Or the 2 judges that had Ward up 4-3 when kov was clearly winning the rounds. Only one judge had it 5-2, the obvious score

The GGG Jacobs fight where only one judge gave GGG a round in the last 3 rounds.

I expect some real ffkry come sept 16. It has killed my enthusiasm for the sport. It has dampened my enthusiasm for the GGG Canelo fight.

It's a big reason why the sport is as small as it is today. Way too much corruption

I'm not convinced it's full-on corruption. Scoring is very subjective and judges(although they're paid not to) can be biased.

its been like this for awhile.. if it goes to scorecards next weekend Canelo is winning unless GGG clearly wins 10 rounds . which is bs .

When no one is held accountable they can get away with anything.

I'm going to ask Trump to do something about it.

    1. Build a wall. Canelo pays for it.
    2. Bring back jobs.
    3. Fix boxing. One title per division. No corrupt judges!

It has been this way for ages, but the internet age is putting a magnifying glass to it and a lot people in the major boxing countries are finally getting fed up with it when "their" man gets a completely bogus decision.

The fact that now when it's out there for all to see the corruption still happens just as much is one of the things that drove me away from boxing, and I only watch the big fights/weekends.

Fully agree with this. The best man should win, not the hometown guy, or the guy with the biggest bank account or whitest teeth. If that means my favourite fighters get sunk, so be it, if they're not good enough.

Inevitably 1 judge will score a fight beyond all reason, Giving Love 7 of 8 rounds should get you suspended until an investigation and hearing where you testify about the fight. Giving Benavidez a 117-111 was about as ridiculous. I had it 114-114 but would have had no problem with Benavidez winning by one or two points

The whining is more of a problem than the actual "corrupt" scores. People always act as if their scores are the only possible reflection of what actually happened.

Judges are just one part of an insurmountable obstacle that can be placed in a fighter's way. Throw in a ref who will allow bludgeoning behind the head, hitting while down, or savaging the gonads and there is really no way it's going to go to the scorecards.

True if the criticism is wrong. However, sometimes it is actually based on a reflection of what really happened.

It is very much out of hand. I feel i can sit and watch and atleast have a rough idea what has just gone down yet if it goes the 12 i actually get a little nervous there is about to be a robbery and that is because it is just now common place in the sport. Only 1 of many many serious problems in this sport.

You must be a canelo nut hugger getting ready for Canelo's gift on the 16th if you think there's no corrupt judging in boxing.

"Sometimes" yes. However, the whining is much more prevalent than the actual horrible cards.

Look no further than tonight's card. If the results are anything but KO's, you will have plenty of posters crying "robbery" for one side or the other. It never fails.

WTF does Canelo have to do with this? You must be a Canelo hater looking for an excuse in case he beats GGG.

NEVER said there's no corruption in boxing. Reading comprehension seems to be your weakness.
