They can make another card with SSR vs Estrada and Inoue vs Cuadras i would pay for that. Inoue got a soft touch tonight.

I doubt he hates him. CST called this a while back and he likely dislikes everyone hyping Gonzales up so much, when in his eyes there was not a case for P4P supremacy.

I don't think he hates him tbh. He just likes picking the upset and a lot of us thought Cuadras won and got robbed, then the Thai "beat" Chocolatito and most of us thought Chocolatito won even though CST picked him.

Chocolito got bombed out as bad as a top level fighter can be- long career for small guy- needs to consider retirement.

I don't hate Gonzalez in the least, he HBO hype was getting on my nerves back before the Viloria match though, I thought he should have had a draw against Estrada, I thought he lost to Cuadras, if he hadn't been the name fighter in both of those fights, he'd probably have at least two draws on his record at the very least, I was a genuine Sor Rungvisai fan, I did a thread on him a year ago, and stylistically I knew he'd be an issue for Roman, and the first fight he won, fair and square, there was no robbery, it was very close, but the amount of controversy was ridiculous. The backlash against Sor Rungvisai, a poor humble trashman for having the audacity to actually try to win and follow it up by actually winning from fans sickened me, and gave me a revenge motive for rooting for Sor Rungvisai even more this time around, and he delivered. And the reason why I so confidently picked him is because I think Roman knew what most didn't want to admit, he was beaten senseless in that match, and he deserved to lose, and another beatdown was awaiting him, and he went in mentally broken.

Oh shut the **** up, did I trigger you fruity?

No Ellerbe, I don't like picking the upset, I pick the upset when I believe in the upset, I usually lose when the match is seen as 50/50, strange how most of my upsets that no one are expecting pay off, and I don't pick the upset when I don't think there's a possibility of an upset like with Usyk-Huck.

Me thinks CSTs might have a racist side. 9 out of 10 times he picks against the black guy in a match up. Wonder if he will ban me for speaking my mind.

I didn't mean it like that. Sorry, I didn't word what I meant properly. I was just saying like a lot of us including me thought Cuadras won against Chocolatito. That was one potential upset robbed for you, then you picked the Thai to win but you didn't really get your credit since most people had Chocolatito winning. I think your hatred was more for people not giving you credit and hating on the thai than actually hating Chocolatito.

Oh he definitely went in mentally broken, he was more concerned about pointing out to the ref the use of Rungvisai's head and leading with it then actually fighting. I felt Gonzalez won the first fight, but it was clear he got beat up, and also the judges not seeming him as the winner destroyed Gonzalez's confidence, or the undefeated unbeatable aura he had in himself. The way he approached this rematch, he never had a chance of winning against Rungvisai who was coming to prove he can without doubt beat Chocolatito.

Easy to say the last year or so, but three years ago when Gonzalez was at 112 Loma had only recently lost to Salido, Crawford hadn't truly established his greatness, Ward was at a bit of a lull in his career, and though I didn't think Chocolatito was unbeatable I rated him above GGG, who has a similar style but with I think more apparent flaws. I agree he shouldn't have been number 1, but there was an opening at the top of the game to rate him up there anyway. Floyd wasn't active, and I only had Rigo and Ward higher. I only agree that HBO and a lot of media and fans would rather push someone with Gonzalez's style as the best, rather than Rigo or Ward. But Gonzalez is no 'hypejob'.

Chocolatito wasn't rated p4p #1 3 years ago. Hell a lot of people thought Yaegashi would beat him on this board back then. Is there a difference between being a hypejob, and being overhyped? Because he was definitely way too overhyped.
