He might try to get his respect early. I'm curious how GGG comes out-measured or guns blazing. Both have their pros and cons.

Can't see it. Seems a crazy plan and will leave him open to being caught cold.

Nah, I don't expect much for the first 2-3 rounds. A lot of feeling out, but you could well see Canelo look to land a solid counter early on to make Golovkin think.

If he does, the first bodyshot he feels hes gonna be on that horse, running, holding, and trying to survive. I hope he goes out on his shield trying to win and not p u s s out. If he p u s s e s out and runs will the canelo fans call it for what it is?

Both always start cautious and this will be no exception.

Dude how are you a Lara fan talking about someone running, when what you stated is exactly what Lara did vs Canelo take a few bodyshots then turn into a track meet the rest of the fight?

Lara controlled the whole fight and one twoed him to death. If you think canelo is gonna control the ring generalship aspect of the fight from the opening bell to close and outpoint ggg you are crazy. I said when canelo gets a taste of gggs power he is gonna run hold and survive. That isnt what happened in the canelo lara fight at all. If you think that you dont understand ring generalship at all. you either dont know what you are looking at or didnt see lara vs canelo.

only a casual who doesnt understand how to score a fight would say canelo won the ring generalship battle vs lara. Outside of being in control the whole fight lara outpointed and outlanded canelo in every round. The fight wasnt close. The punchstats in that fight were atrocious. canelo landed half the bodyshots he got credit for. If he landed all the shots they said he landed why didnt lara slow down at all? Lara outclassed canelo thoroughly at caneloweight. Beat him so bad canelo hasnt had a fight of relevance until now and the whole division went into protective custody.
You tell me, either canelo didnt land half those bodyshot or he has slightly more pop then malignaggi. Which is it?

Canelos brother didnt even give him more then 4 rounds of that fight. Did you see the look of concern on his families faces the whole fight?

another reason why canelo lost the lara fight and lost the ring generalship battle. He shoulda pressed from the opening bell. Then he coulda said he forced lara back.

I see GGG fighting as he always does.
I see Canelo being told to be cautious but occasionally taking chances.

Either GGG comes out in street fight mentality, chasing Canelo around the ring like he did with Brook or he gets the jab going like he did vs Lemieux.

Canelo will be swiveling, countering and moving as effectively as he can.

Should be a high intensity pugilistic encounter.
