Bowe doesn't have the power to knock Louis down? But many others did. Come on' I like Bowe via TKO in the first match, with Louis adjusting and being close to 50.50 in the re-match.
Ask Holyfield, who had one of the best chins in the 1990's. Bowe rocked his world in the first fight and knocked him out in the re-match. You said Bowe does not have the power to floor Louis. Just admit the mistake and move on.
"Ask Holyfield" That is just a cop out. Bowe and Holyfield fought a tough toe to toe war in 3 fights. Holyfield didn't get stopped until the last fight when he had Hep A. Hep ****ing A! Bowe doesn't have the power to put Louis down. His sparring partners literally said his power wasn't even memorable.
I saw Bowe spar before the Jesse Ferguson fight against some durable sparring partners. He either floored them or had to stop/back off to avoid knocking them out. Which sparring partners said that he didn't punch hard?
Bowes talent level is so much poorer than Louis. Incomparable. We are talking Louis on his best night and on his best night he was the most talented and destructive of all hwt champions. A complete fighter. He would totally outclass and decimate Bowe.
All I know is Braddock isn't the standard that determines whether or not a fighter can knock Louis out or down.
You wrote, "His sparring partners even said his power wasn't memorable." You are relying on one anonymous poster on a message board?
Bowe on his best night was outstanding. Who did Louis beat better than Holyfield? While Bowe's career had issues, he was in fact a top talent. Few big men could in-fight like Bowe.
That guy is verified. But considering you've already concluded that he is anonymous, and flat out dismissed it, you already have your mind made up.
