Bowe did nothing better than Louis. Bowe was not a fighter to look up to as a good representation of boxing ability. He was probably the most lazy fighter I ever saw in training. Nearly impossible to motivate. Louis would knock him out very easily. A wide open target for every punch Louis wanted to land.

Verified doesn't mean that his identity is publicly avilable, but Steve Russell, Jimmy Clark, and AJ (who interviews boxers) know him and verified him.

He's not anonymous, he has proven who he is to multiple people. You don't believe him because it doesn't support your argument.

Less than a 3rd of Bowe's knockouts were legit 10 count ko's. Even Joe Louis amassed the vast majority of his knockouts as legit 10 counts.

The real point is that he only sparred Bowe as an amateur. Surprised no-one has harped on it because it is like nigth and day. The same amateur Lewis rolled in the Olympics.

There's no good he got miles better, quite a bit bigger and no doubt whatsoever noticably more powerful.

Thomas Hearns had no power at all in the mateurs then very quickly became, quite likely, the hardest hitting 147 ever. Now i don't expect many to replicate such extreme results but there really is a world of difference.

Yes that has to be taken into consideration, but he also fought Lewis as an amatuer.

Bowe gained power as a pro, but most likely due to highly refined form. But not raw power. Which I think puts guys like Foreman and Lewis in a class above him as a power puncher.

Lewis and Foreman are a class above for sure. I'm just noting that this guys comments are certainly not empirical. I don't doubt at all what Pat M put forth.

Not sure if Louis can actually beat Bowe, but Kovalev might...
