Ortiz is easily the best name on Wilders resume (should he add it) the second best on Joshua and Fury's, and the best on Parkers.

Jacobs and Lipinets rumored to also make an appearance on the SHO card.
One of PBCs better fights this year and lookie lookie - premium cable.

Very dangerous opponent for Wilder, finally a decent fight for a change.

Youre full of sht! Ortiz is as good as anyone joshua has fought outside of Wlad. Get off your bias and give the man his due if he beats Ortiz.

Depending on what Ortiz has left by that fight... I think it could be argued that Ortiz is the best win on any of the current champs resumes IF Wilder wins. The Ortiz who fought Jennings was a fair bit more effective than the Klitschko that fought Jennings, and the Klitschko that fought Jennings was at least as good as the Klitschko that fought Joshua... again, in my opinion.

The only reason I picked Joshua to beat Klitschko was that I reckoned Klitschko was faded just enough to make it winnable, and it turned out more or less as I expected. Joshua would very likely have lost to Klitschko of 5 years ago.

Ortiz's age is unfortunately a concern, but this a very bold matchup by Wilder and I give him a lot of respect for it (assuming all goes through). In fact, there are scarcely any other fighters Wilder could pick that would be a bigger threat. So, great stuff, Wilder.

It even makes AJ look bad as AJ opted to go with the much less risky Pulev fight, rather than face Ortiz.

pulev is still better than anyone on joshua, wilder, parker, or fury's resume, save for wlad.

Fair play to wilder and hopefully he looks good to get some hype around an AJ unification

If the fight happens I expect Ortiz to stop him. Wilder just isn't that good. Having said that I'll only believe the fight when it actually happens. How can we trust Wilder to deliver the fight without someone getting injured or Ortiz just happening to test positive for something?

Wilder will cancel the fight.....................Wilder is royalty, he gets to fight whoever he wants, five voluntary title defenses in a row!
