    Canelo has no footwork.

    How does Canelo have the better defense? He was lit up by Khan and Smith. They tagged Canelo more than Brook and Jacobs did Golovkin. Why does Canelo get free passes?

    The Quillin fight was an eye opener, if you ask me. I think you are way too focused on the GGG fans and their support for GGG but not the real situation. Jacobs has always been a celebrated talent in the boxing community and was just waiting for his opportunities. He got them vs Quillin and GGG and did very well. He proved he is the second best middleweight out there. Not too bad!

    Please justify Ring IQ. I have never seen Canelo adjust or bring a different plan of attack. He sits back and counterpunches. We've seen GGG vary his attack (measured in the Lemieux/Jacobs fights and Kill Mode in all the rest).

    Punch selection. Again, howso? GGG has registered KDs and KOs without the need to overwhelm with speed and volume. No athleticism help.

    I'll give Canelo angles and handspeed.

    Pretty fair to me! Although I think GGG's ring IQ and defense are underrated. You don't go on to win so many amateur and pro fights without having a high ring IQ. Canelo's defensive reflexes definitely appear to be faster.

    Defense as well. Golovkin doesnt slip punches, he either blocks with his face or his gloves. Thats not good defense at all..

    Oh, Canelo's never been hit before? I seem to recall Khan lighting him up for a large stretch of the fight before getting KO'd. As did Liam Smith.

    Your idiotic logic:

    GGG getting hit = blocking punches with his face

    Canelo getting hit = defensive maestro

    WTF are you talking about? Golovkin slips and rolls with a lot of punches. His defense comes from his positioning and footwork as well. Just because he doesn't employ dramatic upper body movement and body bending doesn't mean his defense is poor.
