The only demolition I enjoyed was Broner vs Maidana because of Broner's annoying arrogance. As for Chavez senior, apart from a person being a Mexican hater, I see nothing in his personality that would warrant such an intense almost euphoric enjoyment as you describe. Why would I feel glad that a bigger, arrogant, foul-mouthed boxer like Margarito beat the soft-spoken, decent, and respectful Cotto? Anti Puerto Rican sentiments? The same applies to racist foul-mouthed Hopkins vs Tito. Lewis vs Tyson I can understand because Tyson was being extremely disrespectful. Buster over Tyson was underdog against favored fighter. People enjoy cheering for the underdog.
