I haven't come across mention of her rbr yet: the two rounds she scored for GGG were the 4th and 7th.

 

Come on man. GGG won, you know it. either way 7-5 Canelo is way better than 118-110 I guess.

 

As I said guys, do not expect this "judge" to be suspended or sacked. If anything after this GBP will use her more often. She does the job well as far as they are concerned. She is getting the mega fights.

 

I personally felt the fight was close I had GGG winning 7-5 IMO Canelo won the first 2 and last 2 but GGG dominated the middle. I can then understand the 114-114 card because a couple were very close. 118-110 is a disgrace and a clear robbery. Problem with boxing is is that no matter how much we complain or shout about such decisions nothing will ever be done which is such a shame for such a great sport to be blighted with such corruption

 

i was scoring a little bias to canelo and had it a draw, maybe ggg nicked it by a round or 2, 118-110 is sickening.

I think there should be an international boxing commission to over see boxing corruption, get rid of corrupt judges like Byrd! Toney weeks needs to be investigated also, how about Bob Bennett? He picked Byrd, said that this is the only bad decision she has ever made, well, that was a damned lie. Everyone knew she was corrupt before this fight! Read the Judd Letter is shows the corruption.................proves it, uses facts that are on record...............

Im not against a draw. But that 118-110 scorecard defiantly tells me what i needed to know.

We all know that women are typically not capable of making as rational/logic based decisions as men, they often are more likely to say what they think a group is thinking, rather than what they actually think. They typically don't use their own ideas, they gather from around them, and then that becomes their personality/idea/words.

I think Byrd might be susceptible to this kind of behavior, she would hear a crowd of many fans yelling "CANELO, CANELO". She then let this influence her judgement, she saw one man throwing punches (canelo) and the crowd would go WILD, regardless if he connected or not...

Is it a coincidence that CJ ROSS was also a woman? Maybe females aren't biologically capable of being unbiased? I think it has some truth.

There have been worse decisions, but is this the single worst card ever?

What are some other candidates? Funnily enough the first ones that come to mind are in other Canelo fights like 119 against Cotto and 114 against Mayweather.

I remember a 119 card in the first Williams - Martinez fight as well.
