No he didn't win it wide, and you saying G won it wide makes you look as bad as Adalaide Byrd.

I'm actually pleased that GGG has come away from the mad house that is Las Vegas with his titles and unbeaten record. He clearly won - anyone that isn't completely bias to Canelo can see that - but at least the robbing didn't go as far as him losing.

That's not a factual statement. If anyone won it wide, it was Canelo. (per the official judges, not my opinion) The vast majority had it a close fight. As far as I can tell, nobody aside from Byrd and Teddy Atlas had it wide. You saying it was wide hurts your credibility and your ability to criticize Byrd's card.

You make a good point, a rematch would have been welcome. Was a good fight but with this sort of corruption GGG will never get a fair shot.

I would rather GGG go and get the last belt from Saunders and return to fighting 2-3 times a year. He has nothing else to prove. It's not his fault he has been serially avoided or get scorned by corrupt officials.

Lol, really? what a champion. Arguably steals to jacob, and no rematch. Draw with canelo, looking like ****, and no rematch?

If there's no rematch, lol at him. Run, golovkin, run....

0% chance. There's tons of money in a rematch.

    No, it won't happen.

At most, there would be an investigation into the scoring (Byrd). And that probably only happens if there is sustained outrage after the fight, as there was with Pac-Bradley 1.

It will stick, fair or not.

I said this before Ward-Kovalev 2 and will repeat it here:

If you are Kovalev/GGG, you should think very hard before deciding to fight in Vegas again against the "house" fighter. It just might not be a smart decision.

Kovalev knew what he was dealing with after Ward 1. And now GGG knows what he's dealing with after the Byrd card.

It'll be investigated thoroughly by the same people who organised it. Waste of time, and resources.

That's why I hope for GGG's sake he refuses a rematch. I don't want to see him robbed, raped and pillaged like Kovalev was.

GGG was trash. Did nothing but come forward and get his face beaten in. 118-110 was absolutely correct.

    I have similar feelings.

As jquest said, if I were GGG I would want to go get that last belt right now. If you're going to get robbed later, you might as well have held all 4 belts at once before you 'lose' them.

For Canelo fans --------> I respect Canelo. It's not about Canelo, it's about the judges. We've seen this before in Vegas.

Even Canelo's own fans booed him. He lost and they knew it.
