I used my eyes as well. He was also pressured into the ropes a lot. In the beginning he did it himself until his corner told him to stop. Mid rounds he was being forced there. Yes he was countering but when you spend a lot of the round being pressured to the ropes and at times trapped its hard to get the nod on the round. Don't get me twisted though he fought a great fight. Being on the ropes so much cost him the fight. I'm not claiming a GGG landslide. Close but clear. Rematch Canelo needs to stay off the ropes and GGG needs to mix in some body work. Great fight but Byrd needs to retire already.
