Kind of like when people said Joshua has a good chin for getting KD'ed by Wlad. Lol

what? hahahah. So if we fight and I land 30 punches, because you aren't hurt you win the round because you kept coming forward? And I know your post can't be pertaining to this fight because Canelo was never hurt either. Yall are seriously running out of options with your bull****. Now we're giving rounds to fighters for their ability to take punches what in the fuvk!!!

I don't think Canelo wants anymore of Golovkin after this fight, this must have been soul breaking for him, he landed one of the best punches of his career, punch that knocked Kirkland and Khan out cold, almost sent them to shadow realm with that punch, he landed this shot perfectly on Golovkin's chin and it did NOTHING to him, he must be thinking if that punch didn't at least wobble him then there is nothing I can do to beat this man, unless of course GGG gets robbed like 1st time around.

Damn, the Undertaker couldn't even no sell as good as that. Definitely some supernatural elements in that chin. Oh yes.

Weird how easily GGG's head swivels on its gimbals and preternaturally resets. This guy has to be examined more carefully to see if he's really not an android! :risas3:

Are you suggesting that GGG might be demonized?

Golovkin has the greatest chin in existence, actually second greatest, Chuck Norris comes before him.

Doesn't necessarily follow that he would conclude that he couldn't resume outpointing him.

Its like that scene in Terminator 2 when Sarah unloads that shotgun into T1000, runs out of bullets and than he regenerates right in front of her.

You're right about clean effective punching but you've just misunderstood what defines an effective punch.

By your logic Oliver McCall, Hagler and other iron chinned fighter can never lose a fight on the scorecards because every shot that lands has little effect on them?

And this is why some people can't score fights for ****. They come into fights with the idea that the supposed punchers punches carry more worth even if their punches do no more damage or have any greater effect on their opponent than their opponents punches has on them.

It's why some people genuinely believe Tito beat De La Hoya or that it was close, because Tito was the supposed bigger puncher. So the handful of shots he landed during 10 seconds of a round overcomes the dozens of clean scoring shots scored over the other 2:50 of the round by Oscar.

Also happens when a fighter is deemed china chinned, everyone they face suddenly is a puncher in the eyes of some and so any aggression or punch landed is over valued in the context of that actual fight.
