Canelo fought for self preservation and shouldn't be awarded with a win. I understand he was the smaller guy and the least powerful guy. If that's the case then you have no business at middle weight. Golovkin took the fight to a runner who was only looking to pot shot and run around to survive.

 

Why are people so afraid when someone has a different opinion? If you want to have debates where everyone agrees with you should go to... well... I don't know where you would go to find that.

You should always be humble and listen, even to those you strongly disagree with, in fact especially those you strongly disagree with, because one day you might learn something from them and become more enlightened.

Even Oscar was shocked by the score

 

You are only saying "even Oscar" because you are coming in from the initial false assumption that Oscar had somehow fixed the fight, you bought into all these false conspiracy theories. Oscar is not a judge though, while he proved himself to be a fair and honourable fighter who never dodged anyone during his career, he doesn't have the experience that Byrd has of judging fights.

While I respect his opinion because he has proved himself to have integrity, the judges criteria and opinion trumps all.

Yeah I'm sick of everyone inc the media of just burying their heads in the sand lik this was some terrible error of judgement,let's have it right this judge like previous judges in Canelo fights is a corrupt piece of s*** and was paid by Golden Boy to avoid another damaging loss.
I thought the reaction of the pro Canelo crowd spoke volumes.

 

This was a close fight. One Judge barely scored it for GGG, and the other a draw. If Byrd had simply turned in a reasonable card like 115-113 Canelo, there wouldn't have been such an uproar of people screaming robbery, corruption, fix etc.... There just would have been a lot of hype for a rematch. But due to her card the appearance that she was heavily biased towards Canelo and was going to award him the fight no matter what, many people are venting their frustration by turning against Canelo who didn't do anything except but give the fans a solid, entertaining fight. Its very unfortunate

 

Nope. If she had called it for Canelo 115-113 then the outcry would be how that idiot judge scored it a draw and fans on both sides would be saying their guy shouldve gotten the decision but was robbed. As it is Adalaide made her self an easy target and deserves all the criticism she gets.
