Put Ward in with Canelo and Golovkin in with Kovalev and you will witness the difference in talent between Ward and Golovkin.
Lets not forget that age wasn't a factor to golovturds when they desperately wanted him to fight - 39 Martinez 38/39 y/o Mayweather 38 y/o retired Froch When 31 y/o Ward was presented - No thanks
Weight classes exist for a reason you ****ing ******. You irrationally hate Golovkin just as you do the Klitschkos.
Erratic and irrational haters such as yourself and the other clowns on here are no better than the fanboys.
Why the hell do you resort to lying? Alvarez in the last 4 years had most of his fights at 155 which is middleweight. He boiled down to 154 just to save face after vacating the belt, but he also moved up to 164,5. He had most of his recent fights at middlweight period.
155 is a catchweight. Its not MW If you're not allowed weigh in at the 160 pound limit . Golovkin was Canelo's first real fight at MW.
Indeed you would - Ward would be a zombie at 160. What limb should Ward cut off to make 160? How quickly would Canelo claim lack of man strength and demand catchweight?
Thats a response to a guy saying GGG is better than Ward since getting a draw with Canelo. For my money , Ward moving up to stop Kovalev says more about whose better between the two than GGGs close fight with Canelo who moved up to him.
You mean the Andre Ward? The one who resorts to dirty tactics in order to win, or the one who gets a gift decision? Or the one who wins by testicular knockout and gets his ass handed to him by Kovalev with his jab.
Middleweight division is 155-160. Alvarez was a middleweight champ after he beat Cotto, some fanboys even claim that he is still the real middleweight (lineal) champ. You argue against the obvious, I wonder why.
He's been the reigning champion and defended 15+ times for the last four or so years. That counts for something. But it's been in a weak middleweight era picking weaker middleweight competition among them. And when he's stepped up he's barely eked out decisions after having significant trouble. That should count for more, and means he can't be compared to any of the past great middleweight champions, and likely many of the past top middleweight contenders. He's definitely not a top 20 all-time middleweight. And current p4p, I have him 9th.
I know Dino I was having a joke. I don't disagree that Ward is the better and bigger fighter, my post history backs that up, but its apples and oranges. Ward's grown real well and I want to see him campaign in one division and make up for quite a bit of lost time.
Exactly. When you are prevented from weighting in at the limit of 160 it ceases to be MW and becomes a catchweight. Cotto was another Mickey mouse 'MW' who imposed a catch weight on all his fights at the weight. GGG was the first real fight Canelo had at MW and was the first real MW opponent he ever faced. Them the facts.
Possibly the first time I've said this, but I'm with DIno on this one. I can't in good conscience call a fight limited at 155 a Middleweight fight.
