If it goes to a decision, it will be home cooked, that's been their plan, why do you think the canceled the first fight? I had cheating and Hughie is cheating..................

The reason I asked is he looked like a midget next to the bodyguard. How tall is Botha?

yeah he didnt have to hold his arms the way he did the whole way, looked like a bloke who had been working security for years and finally got to see a bit of action

Aj with his paid for trinket against the 41 yo vlad was a fight he literally couldnt lose. was a very good fight though. in comparison to a fight with fighters who worked their way up and into contention it just lacks any integrity. which is a hallmark of matchroom.

froch became the fighter he was due to fighting anyone anywhere and being matched well in entertaining fights, 'couldnt do anything with him?' 2x World champ and recognizable sports star? of course he would always earn more money have more exposure with s*ys lapdog, but he would never have been matched that way if he had been with them earlier.

hennessy should be doing far more and should have done far more despite limited options, but as soon as he tries something new, its just ridiculed. what, pay for a one off fight? no way. but oh yeah, ill happily shell out a subscribtion plus regular PPVs if its on cable and im being told its MASSIVE. i just dont get the mentality at all. it seems to be popular to just ridicule hennessy and pretend he's never actually done anything.

Which fighters have 'worked' their way up in a notably better fashion? Tyson Fury the man who dethroned the long time king didn't really beat anyone of note to earn his shot. Chisora is his best win outside of Wlad. Who has Hughie beat to earn his shot? Who has Wilder beaten? Who has Ortiz or Parker beaten to warrant his shot? The sad truth is the top contenders don't often fight each other on the run to a title shot. I don't like it but it's the way it is.

As for Mick, the S6 fell in his lap. Froch had to wait an age for a title shot and then soon after got shot out over America to face Taylor. You think Hearn wouldn't have secured that fight in the UK? He got Bute over easily enough and Bute was much higher rated and a much bigger draw at that point.

I'm all for saying **** Hearn and **** the greedy ****s over a Sky but Mick is doing a woeful job. The promotion of Parker Fury alone should tell you that.

I really don't follow the logic of taking Parker over to England at this point at all. It's especially difficult to fathom when you see how this promotion has panned out.

Sure, you take Parker over for a fight with Joshua but otherwise he should be fighting at home in NZ.

If he's outgrown that market (which Duco has said he has because they can't get NZ govt support for him), he should be fighting in the US where he can be the house fighter on Top Rank promotions in Las Vegas (where Parker is based).

They tell me the Americans are pretty good at looking after the house fighter in Las Vegas.

They want to rob him, that was my point. Parkers promoter hasn't got the money, so he has to ask for support from the government, which is bad. Deal with Top Rank is best what could happen to him.

The guy was literally half the size of him. What a big tough man he is. He's lucky I wasn't there, Frans Botha and I would've put some serious hurt on him and the other goon.

I'm all for Serge putting a very necessary hurting on Peter Fury. The guy only knows one language.

I thought this was a serious post, until you suggested that Fury has a reasonable IQ. Look the lad is hopelessly dumb. In 2 words A simpleton

Might need a couple of extra hands on deck if Frans and I are going to administer some street justice to the Fury clan too. No question we could take the 2 big security guard goons out, but if we go after Peter then Hughie is going to jump in and the rest of the clan will inevitably be right behind him. I'm confident I could handle the 2 goons and Hughie on my own but anymore than that and I'd say there was a 30-40% chance I might end up taking a bit of licking.

I'm speaking IQ in a fighting sense. Were Mike Tyson and Bowe articulate and smart?

Parker/Fury fight will be fixed. Fury owns the judge, the UK judges is against the WBO rules, so if Parker is ripped off, he can go to court! If I were Parker I would not accept such a biased referee. They had neutral judges and referee for the Klitschko/Joshua fight.............
