Man I don't know who to pick in the Parker-Fury and Dorticos-Kudryashov matches....leaning towards Fury and Dorticos but those are legit pickem fights, the Dorticos match more so.
Can you keep our 2017 WBK records updated guys? thx in advance @nellybc @KiwiMan . I'd love to add them to the 2013, 2015-2016 records once those are tabulated.
Hmm, to me Dorticos-Kudryashov isn't 50-50. Both have more than enough power to crack each other's chins (Kudryashov with the edge of course). But Dorticos is a decent boxer, Kudryashov is not, he's slow and only throws hooks and uppercuts. My prediction is that Dorticos avoids those wild hooks for a few rounds and lands his own big shots at some point, ending the fight. As CST said, that might be all it takes.
I could see it going either way, Kudryashov could land a bomb early, making all the Dorticos backers regret their picks haha. But yes, definitely leaning towards Dorticos.
Same here, even though I switched to Parker, I'm still not 100% sure that's my final pick. I'm leaning Doritcos as well, but he's been very inactive, and his chin has yet to be truly tested, Kalenga can punch, but he can't come close to punching like Kudryashov. Dammit!
Yes, a bomb from Kudryashov is a definite possibility. That's where his 30% or so chance (IMHO) comes from. As I see it there are two huge punchers who could KO each other with the first big punch landed. The better boxer is more likely to land it. Watch Kudryashov land it now that I've said that
Really hoping the league favorite is Parker because I wanna take that risk and pick Fury. Don't want to risk it with Kudryashov who could easily be KTFO in 1 round.
I should have listened to my gut with the Durodola match, I think Kudryashov needs a match to get the hang of how to fight certain guys, he got stopped by Durodola, rectified that in the rematch, he'll probably get stopped by Dorticos and KO him in the rematch. There's a learning curve with Dmitri.
