GGG's Punchstats were Padded

Yeah was gonna say what's the deal with punch stats like anyone has ever scored a fight of those?
If you've watched enough prize fighting then the eye and the feel of the thing should tell you all you need to know,it's very rare that rounds are totally even and again he consensus that the challenger has to do enough to win the belts holds true and there's no way you could find anymore than six rounds for Canelo,no way.
Another thing is how some will point to Hopkins or Mora saying they had Canelo when it's totally against the consensus and majority so in this case you gotta ask are the 90 odd percent claiming a GGG win are they all in the wrong and is Oscar,Hopkins,Chavez in the right or is it just that it fits their agenda?

Funny. I've noticed that it's mostly the notorious Golovkin haters who thought Canelo won, same guys who scored the fight with Jacobs 10-2 or 9-3.

Dont try that bs. Your argument is Canelo won the fight and youre using punch stats to prove your point which is the dumbest point to make as its irrelevant. The judges were not scoring the fight on punch stats. The outcome of the fight was already determined by the time the punch stats were tallied. If theyre innaccurate so what? It doesnt matter as they have no effect on the outcome of the fight other than to be viewed and used as a poor debate device by bu.tthurt fans after the fact. They are irrelevant.

 

For sure and I guess the Floyd era obsession of having that zero has made it so promoters are terrified of their cash cow losing,personally I don't think the fans mind as it's always been accepted that when the best fight the best there's gonna be losses but for some reason they got in their head that they will lose their appeal with a loss.

I'm amazed anyone even notices the punch stats,just goes over my head to be honest.
Remember when I saw GGG on his jabathon v Lemieux and I just remember being totally in awe of this prolific jab and without huge boxing knowledge I'd never seen a boxer so noticeably use a jab as much as that,my point is I didn't need no punch stats to tell me what was going down.

 

No offense, I actually agree with some of your other post here on ESB, but I normally disregard the commentary and computer Box BS when scoring a fight as I go clearly by the action in the ring.
This was an excellent showing from both guys

 

I'm talking about people on here mostly you absolute moron. Sure there are some unbiased people that had GGG winning and thought it was a clear robbery. But we know the majority are the usual suspects. I had GGG winning, but not by a huge margin. Draw is easily debatable too on my card.

 

No it's not "just the usual suspects" as the site poll clearly suggests, in unison with the media scores. You've got no problem whatsoever with the garbage OP and others like him spew about Golovkin, those are the usual suspects you should be worried about Mr. Unbiased.
