    ha ha....:)

I seem to remember an incident in the tunnel when the 2 teams were lining up Roy Keane and Rio nearly went at it.

RF being literally twice RKs size he would have to be favoured to have won that one...
When the red mist came down Roy didnt worry about little technicalities like size - he was a demon.
(Now pound-for pound - that might be different!)

Sure you're not thinking of Roy Keane and Patrick Viera? Rio and Keane were on the same team for a lot of Rio's career, unless it was when Rio was at West Ham or Leeds?

Rio is such a tool. Hopefully he gets some sense knocked into him.

I dunno, would love to see the fight. Viera would have a reach and probably speed advantage, but I think Keane would come at you like Rocky Marciano, he'd be an animal. I think I heard somewhere that Keane used to do a bit of boxing in Ireland as well.

As a neutral Rangers fan, I think Keane would have beaten Vieira who was always a bit theatrical. Think Vieira would quit mid rounds in a similar fashion to O'Hara Davies against Josh Taylor.

John Terry would be a good opponent for Rio. Cracking scrap on paper.

I grew up same area as Keane - went to same school etc...never heard of him boxing - not in a ring anyway. Plenty of scraps in street/pitch though. Very fiery lad was Keane.

His fiery but Viera is about a foot taller, probably stronger, just as much of an animal but more quiet, he'd murder him in a straight up scrap not boxing
