    Huge numbers if true, will knock the "GGG is not a draw" theory right out of the water. Perhaps people just wanted to see him in a 50/50 fight instead of a huge favourite in his past ppvs.

    Also would mark Canelo's as a true superstar approaching Floyd/Pac levels - getting those sort of numbers as the A-side is incredible.

    But let's see whether the number is confirmed first.

    Cool, I will be happy if it breaks the UFC record and puts boxing back on top in the US.

    GGG is now such a huge draw he will look like a total coward if he doesn't fight BJS, ffs he only has to pay him $4mll, that's chump change for the ppv king to get #allofthebelts

    Also, I heard that GGG is getting $30 million and Canelo about $70 million if the numbers are correct.

    I remember when we were discussing the supposed "flat fee" offers the debate hinged around how much Canelo-GGG was worth.

    While most hear thought it was about 1M or less ppv buys, it became clear that both GBP and K2 thought it was a lot more than that.

    Maybe they were correct.

    Fight also did over 34 million in free views in Mexico. Imagine a fight in the U.S. where two of the free networks would rather pay up to air it at the same time rather than try to put on rival programming, and that's what's happened now with Canelo-Chavez and Canelo-GGG.
