Excuses out early. If these fanboys were confident they wouldn't make these preemptive excuse threads. Same pattern as always.
This is true. The inverse is also true about you and the other resident Wilder fanboys on here, in that you refused to accept any criticism thrown his way and defended every move of his career. That being said... For once he gets credit for taking this fight, zero excuses. If he wins I'll give him credit.
48 or not still top 3 Hw right now. Wilder gets No credit anyway bc hes a CHAMPION isnt he? Isnt this is what hes suppose to be doing fighting top guys? Should wilder win ( like he should) then he gets credit for the win. Keep in mind wilder wants FULL credit with no excuse of Ortiz being old but said Joshua beat OLD klitchko on his last legs after he was interviewed at his presser....lol
We can't have it both ways. Until Wilder signed this fight Ortiz was heavily avoided and a lot of people said that Ortiz SHOULD fight Wilder.
Because Wilder is a hypocrite. And his fans gave Joshua LITTLE credit for beating Klitschko, but will give a buttload for beating Ortiz who's older than Wlad and not as good.
Ortiz is a top notch fighter for anyone in the world to box. The number of fighters Wilder could have fought that are better is.... Joshua and Parker. So, 2 fighters. Both scheduled against mandatory challengers. Cool.
Yeah that's a valid point tbf. Wilder is an idiot who doesn't think things through. His social media is a perfect indicator of this. Low IQ with a hair trigger personality(just ask Dominic Breazeale) That being said... This is a good fight.
No it's a good fight and I give Wilder credit for finally fighting someone, anyone and as it goes Ortiz has been the dreaded man of the division albeit not he age he's given but his Cuban age is more likely that of Wlads age, certainly not 48 lol.
I watched 5 hours of clips last night on ortiz, hes a bit better than i thought. Hard fight to really break down..Ortiz could make this very easy on himself and utilize his body jabs with that long 84 inch reach that will knock wilder all around the ring making him reset every time. Wilder might luck out and Ortiz doesn't use them or use them when he should as opposition has missed the boat on doing body jabs over and over , that's how you beat wilder's wide legged stance/poor balance .Make him reset and or go in on him or follow him before he gets to reset. Ortiz is very good at this. Wilder is not a two handed puncher and highly overatted jab,he starts slow and really has to get in rhythm to start throwing hard accurate straight punches. All this tells me Ortiz should win. But will he ? And become another victim of a right hand? somewhere i see Ortiz get over aggressive and catches a right hand and he gets T.K.O'd. Going on this one based on image and not actual abilities. I believe this is a fight Wilder lucks out in,the right hand finds the southpaw in a losing fight before it lands. As usual i will yell at the T.V bc a fighter stops doing what is working and this will be the case with Ortiz,he will stop the body jabs and then open up on top in a flat footed stance and make a mistake. i believe wilder needs the stoppage to win this, Wilder gets a 9th rnd win.
Yes he should get credit for FINALLY stepping up but its still fun to mock him.. WTF was he wearing at the press conference?? OMG wanabe gansta.....
