Parker is a good heavyweight, he'd be the kind of guy who'd give any of today's champions a good run for a few rounds, but is exceptionally lucky to have grabbed a vacant belt.. Strong, well developed fighter, but in any other era would have been locked out of the top ten due to mediocrity.
And Btw.. If that title fight would have been anywhere apart from New Zealand, Andy Ponce Ruiz jr would be the WBO champ.
