Did Hughie say he was going to knock out Joe in the 4th? Do you need to come forward to do that? Its the excessive clinching that I have a problem with. Not the running. Footwork from Fury is among the best of the heavyweights
I doubt there was blatant corruption ... likely those judges just preferred aggression heavily, or want to be judge for Joshua - Parker lol ... Anyway Parker MD is fine IMHO, close fight
10-2 was the only fair score, Fury didn't want to fight, his "style" is horrible and it showed that the judges didn't like it either. Parker vs Joshua next, that'll be a great fight!
I had Fury winning but im not too fussed that he didnt im not exactly a big fan was more just backing the british fighter. 118-110 is disgusting. Fury & Parker are not `Grade A` Heavyweights and that WBO belt will soon find its way too Wilder/Ortiz or Joshua, whoever gets their hands on Parker first.
I agree, his strength is not fighting, which he clearly didnt. the real estate (ring) was completely owned by parker, he decided how long fury stood on it.
I dont think it was fixed. I was watching the whole fight and I could tell the beast from the survivor, the challenger from the champion. Hughie wasnt doing enough to loook like the NEW. At ringside you can here and see the thud and the pitter patter in punches. Judges aint always fair but they got it right in this one.
duco no, but hearn wants to buy that title for joshua and give it to him when he tucks him into bed and reads him his night night story. the right man won, but there is still the issue of matchroom in boxing corruption, its clear they tried to sabotage this fight. and lets not forget, this is basically an arm of newscorp. they hack the phones of dead children and alter the messages to sell papers. thats who hearn works for, thats what s*y subscriptions pay for
