Undefeated boxer not means he is the best, marciano also undefeated, but Ali, srr is considered the best.

Whats with passive aggressive trolling, Floyd figured out Castillo. Even if prime Margarito was a bigger version of Castillo (which he wasn't) & threw over 1000 punches, but what matters is who won at the end. Floyd is undefeated, Margarito racked up more L s which means Floyd is better (end of story)

Boxing is not just fighting in the ring, its having the will to endure the public demand & emotional fans who want to march champions into battle in the wrong time.

If Floyd fights Margarito today, I see Floyd beating him...staying on the wrong side of Margarito all night long...or even going for the Stoppage.

We are still discussing 49-0 Marciano six decades later, that means humans will discuss 50-0 Mayweather in the 22nd century.

If its easy any boxer will retire at a perfect 51-0-0-0, but its impossible...until proven otherwise

I think more people paid in hopes to see Mayweather lose versus win. They knew what they were going to get. A defensive genius with speed, accuracy, counter punching, calculating wizard who's ring IQ was threw the roof.

Most people paid to see a wonder in Pac who's first fight started at 106 pounds. This anomaly would go on to do the unthinkable and easily beat guys at 154 lbs. the only 8 division world champ.

We can sit here and measure d1cks all day long on accomplishments but in the end, the general consensus is the (most) people's view of each boxer. We paid money over and over again in hopes to see Floyd have the tiniest flaw in his game, in hopes a lucky punch would land, someone, anyone, could beat this unbeatable fighter (but we didn't). Then we paid money over and over again for a little guy with no business at higher weights, fast, angles, jumping in and out, thrown 10-15 punch combo's, a one in a life time enigma, box.

I voted Pac but have NO qualms for anyone picking the May-man.

Pacman and it's not even close. Pacman tore through divisions while Fraud Runawayther had people walking out of his fights and booing.

Pac DARED to be great by taking all comers (e.g., boxers, sluggers, punchers, etc.)

Fraud Runawayther CHOSE to take the path of least resistance. The only people who loved watching him were insomniacs because they were guaranteed to fall asleep during his fights.

yes he did.. It I amazing how handpicking and getting the advantages you want can change outcomes.. He always needed an advantage, and he never gave us a great fight.

Pac would have been better only if he had "The Magic Man" Paulie Malignaggi in his resume.

I think this latest push by Pacquiao into his 40s puts him in rarified air. Surely if you asked this question back in 2015 after Floyd beat Pac, with Pac getting KO'd fresh in your mind, the answer had to be Floyd. But then Floyd retired and look what Manny has done since Floyd left the sport. Now I think there's a real argument for Pac in terms of legacy.

Still Mayweathrr. Thurman was a good win for Pacquiao, but Thurman has been slipping and is nowhere near Crawford and Spence. I'd rate the win around the same level as Mayweather's win over Guererro or Ortiz.
