Tommy the Duke in against the wlad pre Sanders ko loss. Does Tommy put a ko loss first on wlads record? This is the Ruddock fight version of Tommy, so we know he can climb up off the floor to win. 12 round s.

    Tommy would KO him early.

Fast starting power puncher with a great left hook, a punch Wlad always had problems with.
Wlad never fought such a fast, athletic, and techinically polished puncher... Bad match up for him.

    Interesting matchup-

The Undefeated Wlad was much more willing to engage and less defensive minded, he may trade with Morrison. So Morrison could be his first ( Corrie Sanders) moment.
Wlad is bigger, stronger and more polished though, so this will quickly turn in his favor if he is not caught very early.

Morrison could be Wlad's first loss , but I would bet on Wlad to gain control and probably KO Morrison around the 6-7 round .

I agree. Ironically, the undefeated version of Wlad was not as good as the version that followed. I would still favor Wlad, but Morrison would definitely have a chance of scoring an early KO.

Morrison would have a good chance to Ko him. Wlad was right there to be hit.

Klitchko would not be overlooking someone like Morrison. And Morrison was not a southpaw that wlad did not train for,so thats two strikes against Morrison.Stamina is also not very important here bc this isnt going past 4 rnds. Wlad would still be favored here, though Morrsion would be a live threat. At this stage in wlads career he also liked to get guys out fast, Wlad still was very polished and Morrison not the hardest guy to find against a 6'6 sharp shooter?

I dont beleive Ruddock after Tyson to be good as a young Wlad despite questionable losses for both Morrison and wlad,it would be who hit who first. i think Wlads technical punching gets there first. wlad was not the finished package here but hes one of the few guys i think handles a prepared Morrison coming at him. morrison was a great talent ,but wlad was Elite talent all the time.

Wlad would knock Morrison over pretty damn easily. Morrison can't get inside his jab and the right hand would put Morrison on his ass.

Tommy would fail to get inside and would get knocked out.

Morrison never gets passed the Jab. Morrison had great looking offense but most his wins were against faded opposition. Put him in with a prime monster that is not shop worn and has the vitality to dish it back out plus has height weight reach and boxing ability on tommy. Morrison folds up after being outboxed by round 6. He would have a punchers chance for first 2 rounds

Wlad is vulnerable to the upset, but Morrison isnt the guy to do it. No way he survives Wlad's fire power long enough to take advantage of his poor stamina, hell, the Duke's gas tank might be worse.

This is how I see it. Wlad should win, he's the better of the two in a lotta ways. Morrison should be kept back by wlads superior jab and reach. Wlads chin, whilst not marciano like, wasn't the worst. He should be able to handle morrison s shots.
But this pre Sanders version wasn't the best version of Klitschko. He could be caught and hurt and stopped. Morrison maybe, is Sanders alike , where he gets in and nails him. Tommy could, if given the chance, really do damage. So we could be looking at morrison getting in there early, dropping Klitschko. If that happens then morrison could have him hitting the canvas repeatedly. But imo Tommy has to do it fairly early. The longer the fight the more chances Klitschko hammers him, in a way similar to the Lewis fight. If there s a chance early Tommy has to take it.

    Morrison has little chance.

His defense is not up to the task of facing the kinds of punches this guy throws. Not telegraphed. He'd never see that right hand down the pipe. Anyone doubting he's on the deck? He's going to get hit clean by this guy. And worse, Morrison dipped down to throw---putting himself and the arc of his hook out of range at that point & like the Lewis bout as far as distance.
