Oscar is 50-50, pretty confidently pick him over the other two, not whitewashes by any means, but he finds a way to win them.

Shane probably has the best chance at a stoppage I think.

I don't think any of them is going to stop him, even in their primes.

I think you can safely say DLH would have had a shot at outpointing him. Floyd was arguably past his best when he faced Shane and Pac, but they were both further past it than him when those fights happened. If we assume all of them are at their best, Pac would definitely be more competitive, and I'd give Pac a fair shot at winning, but I think his style flaws would likely play into Floyd's favor, still. And while most might disagree with me, I think prime 147 Mosley would arguably have the best chance of beating Floyd, again, assuming all at their very best.

But I think you still have to favor Floyd over all 3. Or at least I do. I think if those 3 were capable of pushing Floyd harder, that Mayweather would have responded and met the challenge.

But they would all be very competitive fights, I think.

All 3 were not as knowledgeable craft-wise in their prime as they were when they fought Floyd.

Pac only had the straight left. Just look at his first fight with Marquez. After the knockdowns in the first round, Marquez was putting it on him for the rest of the fight.

Oscar's best punch was his left hook, and he would have a tough time when Floyd takes that away from him.

Shane was tough, but simply did not have the technical skill to beat Floyd. A younger version had even less skill.

Oscar lost ALL the biggest fights in his career
the only thing going for him against floyd was the weight class, so can we stop comparing a guy who never made it to the top echelon of the sport to a guy who was rarely challenged by anyone throughout his career?

He may have taken a loss, but it's hard to pick against Floyd.

The ODLH fight was close anyway, so there's a good case to pick Oscar there. Shane at Lightweight...probably still leaning with Floyd but damn that's an excellent fight. I'll go full ******* and pick a younger Pac but not with any real confidence

I think all of them except for Pac regressed technically when they got around to fighting Floyd.

Mosley used to use a lot more head movement, more varied jabs, and more combinations when he was in his prime. Post-154 it was all winging lefts to the body and loaded up overhand rights.

Similarly Oscar developed a really good right hand when trained under Floyd Sr. and threw combinations with much better punching form than he showed against Floyd.

Pac had a right hook and more varied angles by the time he fought Cotto. Hell he had his right hook since Morales 2. He was relying more on craft by the time he fought Floyd but he didn't advance significantly.

Yeah no, robberies against Trinidad and Mosley in the rematch don't erase the fact Oscar was an elite fighter and an ATG. His resume is easily comparable to Floyd's.

Oscar would still have a natural size advantage against Floyd at welter and no, that's not what gave him success in their fight.

He'd be too smart for Mosley, too skillful and crafty for Pac, but would have serious problems with Oscar.

I'd pick Oscar to beat him, but him to decision Mosley and Pac.
