Who would you fancy more against all HW's (ever) under 230

    Assuming all these guys are at their best, who do you think would do better against the majority of HW's under 230. These guys are often considered undersized HW's themselves, but I'm just curious who could come away with more victories against the biggest range of HW's.

    Charles, I think he was the most active with the highest out put of punches, so he could keep his opponents on their heels more.
