I watched the fight again last night and Sanchez was telling him to turn it into a hook as Canelo was stepping left.

The first fight was Canelos best shot of winning, with one of the cards brought and paid for, and GGG starting slowly and losing the first 2 rounds.

A rematch would be the same fight but without the first two rounds being Canelo's and without one card being prefilled prior to the fight starting in his favour.

GGG has the superior foot speed and superior offence, and Canelo will be reduced to the same back foot counter shot game as first time around. Losing on work rate, and clean shots landing on target.

Probably one of the most delusional posts I've read. Ended quite ludicrously on clean shots landing. What fight did some of you see lmao

i think the rematch will make even more money with not having a circus like mayweather-mcgregor right before, that people wasted money on. also a lot more of the general public will be aware that a really good fight is going to happen and many stars and superstars are following it. the herd will get in line.
i expect Canelo to do a Hughie and run from the start this time.

If Golovkin goes to the body, Alvarez will be in big trouble. However, Oscar wants the rematch to be in Texas, with Lawrence Cole as Alvarez' personal referee, the worst referee in boxing. The three judges will be Mexican Alvarez fans and the Texas boxing commission is even more corrupt than Vegas, Cole's father was or still is the Texas boxing commissioner. Watch Paulie get cheated there so badly that there was a rematch ordered, Cole was so biased, Cole also allowed Salido to throw one low blow after another, hit behind the head, hit after the bell, holding, wrestling came into the fight way too heavy, a knockdown was called a slip by Cole, etc. Golovkin and Sanchez had better be prepared to be cheated, every body blow Golovkin will land will be called low and Alvarez can land all the low blows he wants, Cole would not be a referee if not for his father. He is a total disgrace,Golovkin and Sanchez better do their homework. They should have the rematch in MSG, with neutral judges, referee, boxing commission, Cole will find a way to keep Alvarez from being knocked out, plus Alvarez does not want the fight in Dec. he wants it in May or even Sept.

Let me guess you are American and watched the last fight with the American commentary turned up to full volume whilst drunk?

when canelo stood toe to toe he got exhausted and by the end of the 12th (which he won) was barely standing. My advice to GGG would be to run him over, make him fight from the beginning, lose a round, two or even three, it won't matter. Canelo will crumble, he can box, but he can't take the pressure. His stamina won't improve in 8 months. GGG would have to take sharp counters in the process, but the reward is there.

Roidnelo will have pre-filled scorecards of 118-110 and 117-111 heading into the rematch.
