12 or 15 3-minute rounds. How does this one go?

Jennings, whenever he wants to end it, in the easiest fight he's ever been involved with.

This guy (Corbett) wouldn't be allowed to spar with Bryant Jennings.

    Corbett UD
Better speed, footwork, mobility, hand speed.
Pot shots, uses feet and head movement to avoid punches.
Smiles here and there, coasts to victory.

I cannot confidently pick Bryant Jennings over ANY skilled boxer. Jennings is a good athlete with an extremely modest boxing skill set. He may be stronger than Corbett, but, he does not have anywhere near the Ring IQ to make use of that strength differential. I agree with Reznick, Corbett uses his superior guile and skill to frustrate Jennings and win a decision.

    Hey Kevin,

I am not saying you are wrong. I think a fighter like Wlad Klitschko (who I don't even like) would decimate Corbett. I just don't think much of Jennings skills or intelligence. He is fairly inept at cutting off the ring which would work in Corbett's favor. If Jennings landed cleanly, he has a chance of stopping Corbett. I just don't think Jennings would catch him. And I can envision Jennings being clowned while he tries.

Corbett would utterly outbox Jennings. Bryant would be shadowboxing all night.

Jennings in a big ring over 12-15 rounds would have a very difficult time landing a KO blow on the best Corbett. Corbett would boxing rings around him. Jennings is another unproven hwt.

Let's also not forget that this is a stylistic nightmare for Jennings. He isn't a big puncher by any standard and is primarily an out-boxer. It would be very awkward for him to have to fight on the front foot.

You are providing a joke "fight" as your footage. Corbett was a very quick boxer, always feinting, darting in and out and side to side. Very tough target to hit at his best.

You are using an exhibition for the Edison Company as your evidence that Corbett was "dog ****". That's a terrible thought process if you are trying to come to the most logical conclusion. Why not use this fight?

In this day and age there must be a way to really digitally enhance this footage. It would be such an asset to all of us to be able to actually SEE CLEARLY both of these fighters fight.

The next few decades will be a boon for historic footage restoration with augmentation by AI.
    Their vindication is coming soon.
