And I disagreed. Granted, Johnson was a slick boxer and all, but he never seen anything like a young Tyson who might as well been an alien from another planet as far as the combination of speed, defense and power is concerned.

But the biggest thing to me is him getting floored by middleweights and not bulked up middle's either. These weren't middle's who bulked up to 195, 205, 215 pounds. We're talking 160 or so on fight night. Johnson would literally be one uppercut away from disaster against a young Tyson.

But if anyone has any valid points in favor of Johnson, I'm willing to entertain them.

82 years old. He actually was born about a month after Floyd Patterson in the same year.

I've never been overly impressed with footage of Johnson. It wouldn't take much for me to believe that Tyson tears him a new one. The only thing that might be a beacon of hope for JJ is the fact that Pinklon Thomas had some success with his jab n grab before Tyson switched him off in the 6th.

It is not a far fetched prediction.

Johnson probably did have the attributes to tie Tyson up, and frustrate him.

I wouldn't be shocked if Johnson beat him, but I also wouldn't be shocked if Johnson got dismantled quickly.

I see @Fergy is making more accounts again to make Tyson threads lmao

How do I know this? Same IP address and his obsession with "intimidating guys". Hence the pathetic what would happen to Shannon Briggs if he trolled Foreman in the 70s or what would happen if Tyson called Liston his girlfriend threads.

    Cringeeeee
