119-111 Simmons. Although my card is probably a bit off and 118-110 or 117-111 is a bit fairer for Barclay. Still a wide win for Simmons in any case.. Good workman performance. The guy has good work ethic and is tough if nothing else.... Can see how he had a close fight with Gevor.

It doesn't alter the fact that this is pretty much Sexton's natural level, though. And as far as the British title goes, he's there to be shot at by a crop of hungry heavies now.

If I were Richard Schafer and David Haye, I would move Heaven and Earth to get Joe Joyce an early-to-mid February shot at Sexton, once his debut against Ian Lewison is done and dusted.

Yeah that's true... But there's no shame in that - he's always been a decent British level fighter but suffered when the collective of McDermott, Harrison, Skelton, Sprott and Williams and Rogan left the fray. That was a competitive circuit with some good fights and rivalries... Although now the current crop of British level heavies consists of guys who could very well be world beaters.

Anybody else hear Dillian Whyte said Sexton had Sex with a goat very very strange...

To make matters even weirder Sexton replied something like Whyte had sloppy seconds with the goat????

Very weird **** I've never even heard of this strange unimaginable behavior how someone could be that desperate, especially pro boxers??? WTF!!!!!!

    V. Klitschko could come into the fight today with a terrible cold, high temperature, cramps and no training camp... He'd still win every round and stop this joke of a fighter whenever he wanted to.

Cornish put in a great effort and moved about the ring nicely but just doesn't put his punches together well enough in terms of output or accuracy. Sexton is not much better but he was deserved winner.
