    If Vitali was not mayor of Kiev, he should come out of retirement and force Wilder to fight him. Vitali is the Emeritus WBC champion. Vitali still spars, stays in shape, works out in the gym. Wilder refused to fight Vlad for Vitali's title, in fact, Wilder will only fight winos from the alley. Vitali would knock that fraud out so would Vlad and if Wilder gets the nerve, Joshua will knock him out, but I expect Wilder to chicken out, fight winos for many years...........
