I agree that AJ will KO Takam. I just think he was going to destroy Pulev just as easily.

Yes, Pulev was once better than Takam but all I've seen lately is a highly unmotivated fighter cashing out.

Lol. Whyte vs Chisora was ugly slow haymakers, it was fun to watch but it was not Parker vs Takam level - which was actual boxing.

Yeah its true Pulev was gunna get stopped and I think he is garbage, but he brings a jab that other than maybe Parker, Wlad and Wilder noone else can jab like him in the division, so he could of maybe made it a chess match to begin with. Takam brings nothing AJ especially with this type of notice but we will see I guess.

Looool that is an absolutely ridiculous statement you just made. Whyte vs Chisora is up there with one of the best HW non title fight I've ever seen. It was 12 rounds of mayhem.

Yes he has a good jab, but I don't think he has the power to even trouble AJ nor the chin to last that long.

Takam could possibly rock AJ (it's a very long shot but he has the right style) and will probably stick around a bit longer.

That's how I see it anyway, we'll see indeed.

After talking up Takam I guess he's going to get smoked in the first round lol

I think he is merely talking about the skill level of the fighters not the quality of the fight itself, which was obviously a great fight.

    Takam has 27 KO's in 35 wins.

Playing EXTREME devils advocate here. But who's to say that he can't do what Whyte did in round 2?

As @theanatolian said... There's absolutely nothing to suggest that Whyte is any better than Takam.

Takam recently brutally starched two high level European journeyman in his last two fights.

He has the same punchers chance that Whyte did going into this...

Takam is severely overrated, has a terrible gas tank, is below average in size for a heavyweight contender, and lacks good power at the contender level. Dude will not push a pace thay could tire out AJ so he's no threat at all. Has a decent beard but even that goes away when he gasses. Garbage fight. Would have rather seen Pulev but he has scary ***** in him.

Yeah, he's got a small chance of rocking Joshua IMHO. I'm just as interested as in the Pulev fight anyway, let's see what happens.

Makes a person appreciate Lennox Lewis and Vitali Klitschko even more.

Lewis was supposed to defend against fellow Canadian Kirk Johnson. Johnson pulled out with less than two weeks to go. Vitali was training for a fight on the undercard. And Lewis and Vitali quietly agreed to meet in one of the best matchups of the 21st Century ... on like 10 days notice ... on HBO no less, not PPV.

    Totally bad-ass by both guys.

That's my take. When you add in 70k fans and PPV it is certainly garbage and never a PPV fight. That is a Sky Sports or BT Sport fight.

Lool i give him 3 rounds, he doesn’t have the size to land anything significant. AJ will keep him at bay with the jab and then set up the right hand which blow him away.

As a late replacement Takam is very solid, basically only Povetkin haters would not rate him.
    He would wreck Molina's ****.
