Not sure if anyone has said it, but Higa has done sparring with Gonzalez and Inoue.

Don't worry, the casuals will catch on, when HBO does, which could be.... never. Yeah you're probably right.

Add BP, AsianBoxing and takahiro onaga to that bandwagon, they were on it before I was.:deal:

Just annoying that smaller men don't get the same attention as the larger men

Man I'm just glad he's not fighting Andrew Selby next. That's a tough fight. Andrew has more potential than Lee imo, and could be something special. Haven't really been keeping up with him, but when I did watch him he passed my eye test with flying colors.

Why? Has he looked bad? I think the last time I watched him was in 2015 or 2016.

Not what I'd call bad, but less than spectacular, and he's is really really really featherfisted.

Is he featherfisted or is he not sitting on his punches? What I remember of Selby is he throws a lot of quick combinations he doesn't sit on, he still fights a little of that amateur style where he racks up points.

Hmm. He still has tremendous boxing skills. Higa looked crude in his last at times. I want him to develop a little more. I also think a world title fight would bring the absolute best out of Selby. I like both Selby and Higa anyways so I don't really want to see one eliminate the other.
