Errr, i cant think of anything. Every which way i look at this its a smart move for Wilder. If he is confident of a victory that is. Its clear why Hearn wants the Whyte fight and in the UK, build up Wilder to the UK arm chair fans who make up the biggest % of PPV sales. We know who Wilder is, they dont. Biggest pay day ever for Wilder too aswell as being able to sit down with Hearn and try haggle a promise of a AJ fight.

If you have a reason for why Wilder should not atleast consider this fight, why he was right to just dismiss it instantly then i would love to hear it cuz im getting nothing. As far as Wilder should be concerned it is WIN WIN for him.

There's boxing politics at play. The fight can't get in the way of Wilder/AJ, that is the biggest issue. It's not something impossible to get around, AJ has to stop talking about ducking. Whyte is an afterthought and gets ran through like butter if it happens, and becomes another bum overnight.

Why would fighting Whyte get in the way of Wilder facing Joshua? From everything ive heard and read so far both have fights coming up very soon, then AJ has another mandatory to get through, Wilder would face Whyte around then and then after that its AJ vs Wilder. And if there is politics at play i would like to know what politics that is.

Because Wilder/AJ should be next. Because it's a stalling tactic by Eddie Hearn to get in another fight for AJ, then waiting 6 months afterwards trying to leverage Wilder and the rest trying to secure that date. Because we all know AJ needs 6 months to prepare for "wild" "bum" Wilder. Eddie Hearn should negotiate in good faith but he's the one telling AJ to talk like a scared *****. Maybe he is really concerned and has reason to be.

Far as I know, Ortiz was dropped as the WBA mandatory, ain't **** in the way of AJ/Wilder if we can get AJ to stop ducking and overthinking the boxing politics and make the fight happen.

What about the fact that as it stands right now Joshua has another mandatory to face after this one or risk losing that belt. It seems everybody except Wilder and some of his fans knows this. Anyway Wilder has gone for so long and nearly 40 fights without facing anybody good or getting paid well why cant he wait another 1?

Apparently so but that doesnt mean a mandatory defence is binned off. Just like Stiverne and Takem the next in line steps up. If this is wrong and Joshua doesnt have to face another mandatory then you never know something may happen, or Hearn will still want Wilder to try make a name for himself in the UK.

I think Wilder absolutely should fight Whyte.........in the US.
As much as I dislike him, it is utterly ridiculous for a titlist to
go into the backyard of a challenger that isn't even top 10.
Now if Wilder were to fight Joshua, of course Wilder needs to
travel, Joshua holds the bargaining chips.

This makes sense if Wilder is looking to lose a couple of million on his purse, he can fight in the UK for what Hearn offered - 4mill, or they can do it in the US for 1.5mill which is Wilder's biggest ever purse.

I understand what you are saying and i agree the champion should be able to demand where he fights but the Joshua fight is likely to be in the UK so it benefits Wilder to fight Whyte in the UK it will add PPV sales which gets Wilder reason to deserve a bit more of the split. Hell its only Whyte whats the worry? Easy money surely?

It is clear as day that Hearn has opened this path for Wilder to face Joshua just face Whyte 1st, do a number on him, earn the best money of your career and then take on the one you really want. Anything Joshua or Hearn say dismively about Wilder now is aimed at leaning on him to take it at fear of losing the chance. Hopefully just an empty threat, i really wana see the fight.

Nice video. I ilke the sound effects added when certain punches landed.
Wilder should definitely fight Whyte, whether in the US or the UK.

And whats your boy going to expect to get paid for this fight?? Right now he get two part of **** all because he is bringing nothing to the table...

Really a waste of time talking about this fight until Wilder gets a name outside of this forum.. Davis Price looks better crushing cans than your boy so thats where the British public will think he is at.

But but but the good ole USA yeharrr!!!! Well that doesn't mean **** for this one because most of the money will be coming from the UK other than a couple of thousand dollars from bumfukwherevehecomesfrom..

So the reality is that AJ doesn't really need this fight and is hoping Fury does come back because that is the golden egg fight for him not your bumkiller..

Wilder said he wants 50/50 against AJ.

    Currently, he deserves 10/90....at best.

He isn't bringing anything to the table.
