Wilder has no casuals, only AJ has casuals and they will pay 20$/PPV no matter who he fights. So in fact this fight is not demanded at all...it's demanded by hardcore boxing fans on the forums.

 

I don't know where the figure of 20m comes from but I believe that is in US dollars. For this reason I'll try to roughly convert the prices. Tickets range from $52,$79,$105,$131,$262,$395,$527 and $659 with viper tickets for $1977.ppv is around $25. Unfortunately I don't have the quantity of each available ticket

Then you have to take out the ticket vendor cuts etc too. Apparently Joshua made 2m against Breazeale, though I can't confirm if any of these websites are actually legit. I'm guessing that's before PPV, it's hard to believe he's getting bumped to 20m. I'd actually have to see real proof to believe it. I can believe him making 20m against Wlad without documented proof, but not Takam.

What so Josh is more concerned with the split of the purse than the actual purse itself? So if the purse was 10mil then he wants 6mil? Or if the purse was 1mil then he wants 600,000? What if the purse is 100mil, will he still want 60mil?

Well you have to look at his appeal, for this next fight which was going to bev against Pulev the stadium in Cardiff where AJ is going to fight sold out and created a record 70,000 fans buying tickets to see AJ they were even thinking of modifying the stadium to increase the capacity there to cater for the high demand.
