I don't know the answers to those questions.

    But Carnera was the shizzle.

Yeah, I just checked, both have. Reggie was 7-0.
Ronnie was 4-2 including a DQ loss. Mental *******.

Or because it is a bit easier to add pounds on a 6'3 ectomorph than a 5-11 endomorph?

But I'm sure Rocky's grit and monastic lifestyle would allow him to will extra inches to his dimensions.

    Extra inches ?
Time to mention "The Vibrator King" stories again, methinks.

Right unless your name is James Toney.

I bet if Rocky had lived long enough to high five Manny Stewart, he’d have more legitimacy around here.

Rocky's legitimacy around here is cannon. In the last organised site poll, he came 3rd. The 3rd greatest heavy of all time according to the forum.

That's probably better than he gets in the wider world. He's sainted.

I don't know how tall Rocky was however it's fair to say he was under 6 foot, but not by much. Clearly at least a couple of inches shorter than 6 2' joe Louis but in the same height range as wallcot and Moore who are listed as 6 foot and 5 11' respectively. Personally I think if he was anything less than 5 11' he would appear more stocky than he did at 180-190 pounds. Iv been around and to me he looked like a big guy who boiled down to his favourite fighting weight you just need to look how big he went after retirement. Other champs like Lennox Lewis and frank Bruno seemed to shrink post career as if they had built up to afighting weight not so Rocky! Patterson was not a heavyweight he really was a blown up light heavy nobody could say that about Marciano

Ah, the hyperbolic world according to Seamus.

    32 is ancient.

And a guy shredded with bulging muscles is an Endomorph.

I love that photo of Rocky with LaStarza. He's actually got his tongue out.

Yes, because search and destroy attrition fighters are the same as crafty, slick pocket fighters. I believe I did wrap my earlier statements in this stylistic condition.

    Langford.
    140 to 200lb.

    Tua
    200 to 250lb.

But somehow Rocky can't gain 30lb, let alone be a 200lb fighter.
Anything to keep the dream alive I guess...

A guy who is 100 fights into his career, and of whom hindsight proves he had devolved into a .500 fighter, is old. He has too many miles on the odometer. He is driving on fumes. He has no tread on the tires. He is shopworn. Choose you own metaphor.

A guy who is 5-11 and possesses a T-Rex arms, a long trunk, prominent thighs, high fat to muscle ration (when not trained) and a low center of gravity is an Endomorph. Any body type can be trained to be ripped.

    A .500 fighter?
You mean after he fought Rocky twice?
In hindsight, those fights ruined him.

Dear old Micky Duff said the twins were awful. Even he could not get wins for Ronnie. He did say Charlie kray was “capable”

He was already a .500 fighter during the 12 months before he fought Marciano though.
