    I think it was one of the Hopkins' fights but I'm trying to find a clip of him saying it but I am not sure where to look. lol

    i think it was directed at Adonis Stevenson. He wanted a Pascal/Stevenson fight, if i'm not mistaken. a Pascal/Stevenson fight in Quebec would've been huge like 3-4 years ago.
